The Race to Be Great 5K Run/Walk is sponsored by the Boys and Girls Club of Marin and Southern Sonoma Counties. This event encourages youth and adults alike toward a more active healthy lifestyle. All proceeds go directly to local Boys and Girls Club ensuring that all Youth across Marin and Southern Sonoma Counties have a positive place to thrive.
Fees:
A $5 donation is asked of all participants over the age of 18
proceeds go towards creating healthy lifestyles for Petaluma Youth
As this event is intended to encourage youth to get out and run, all participants under the age of 18 are FREE
The entry fee for this event is set very low to allow all to participate. If you can afford more please consider making a donation to help the children of Petaluma thrive.

Registration:
Registration will begin at 8:00 am on race day. No early registration is required.
Race begins at 9:00 am
Course Map:
This is an out and back course beginning in Prince Park. the course will travel along a walking path toward Kenilworth Jr. High School. At 2.5K there will be a turn around, that will direct runners back toward the finish line in Prince Park.

Getting There:
Follow 101 towards Petaluma. Exit 101 at East Washington Ave. Follow East Washington Ave. Eastward for approximately 1 mile, Prince Park will be on left.
Parking:
Prince Park has an abundance of free parking

Restrooms are available at Prince Park
